    Podnuh's is always very friendly. They remember what we get. We come in there every week and the food is great. We love their ham and brisket plates. They have lots of sides. Their food is nice quality and not fatty. Their banana pudding is good. We will keep coming here.

    My friend Johnny always buys the whitest bacon, and the greasiest smoked links he can find - he loves the fat.  He would love Podnah's BBQ.  

    The meat was fattier than I like, the macs & cheese were greasy, and the baked beans were swimming in old rancid grease.  The one bright spot?  The ribs had decent flavor.  

    Employees were arguing during our visit yesterday, and the restroom was dirty.  I am being generous by giving it two stars, because the photo of the manager showed her smiling and looking friendly - I hope this place is normally better.  But we're not gonna go back to find out.

    Not sure what has happened to the quality and service from this "once used to be favorite" but this will be my last visit. First, our order taker was very rude and short with us as we placed our order. Second, we both ordered sliced beef which had no flavor as if it had been boiled. Thankfully the sauce is as I remember which was the only thing that could have possibly helped with the taste. Our second choice was Turkey and even though it wasn't as bland as the beef, it still lacked the smoked flavor one would except from an sole BBQ joint. It was brought to my attention from a couple at table next to ours, that the famous beans were not the same. As for the prices, expect to pay $$ for this lunch time meal. Maybe the other locations fair better, but this Bossier City location needs serious attention from management.

    Horrible service, pitiful selection, and the employees make it painfully obvious that they would rather be having all of their teeth pulled than to show up for work in this place. Very sad state of affairs. Neighboring restaurants are filled to capacity, and this place is empty. Now I know why.

    Customer Service: Non existent
    I only went through the drive through but consisted of "yeah, go head"  ( no hello or can I help you). Then I place my order and hear "drive around".  I get to the window only to have to repeat my order 2 more times and then get my food practically thrown out the window to me. So safe to say I won't be returning here. I did get to hear the server say " yeah, go head" to the person behind me so at least his horrible lack of customer was consistent smh.
